Savory Pie Crust Ingredients:
6.3 oz/180g Butter
7.8 220g Flour
3.5 0z/100g Potato Starch
1 Large Egg Room Temperature
50 mL Water
0.4 oz/12g salt
2 Tsp Vinegar

Method

Steps:
1-Combine butter, flour and potato starch
2-Mix egg, water and salt
3-Stir and gradually add the egg/water mixture
4-Add the vinegar and mix until all is well incorporated
5-Gradually increase the speed to high for few seconds
6- Wrap it with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for minutes
7-Roll the dough larger than the pie mold
8-Gently press the sides
9-Dock with a fork
10-Bake at 355 °F/180 °C for 25 Minutes(Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
11-Let it cool down
12- Fill the shell with the sautéed mixture

Sauté Ingredients:
2 Green onions
1/2 Red Pepper
0.3 oz/8g Parsley
7.1 oz/200g Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps:
1-Chop the onions, red pepper, parsley, and the mushroom and set aside
2-Place a non stick frying pan over high heat
3-Add olive oil and butter
4-Add the chopped ingredients one at a time, and the salt and pepper.
5-Stir and flip frequently(Sauté)
6-Remove from heat and place it in a bowl to cool down
