Pistachio Delight Rolls, One Of The Best Pistachio Rolls You’ll Ever Eat, Delicious Rolls
Recipe
Makes 32 Rolls
Ingredients:
4 cups /500g All-purpose
1 Tbsp/10g Instant Yeast
3.5 oz/100g Sugar
140 mL Cold Water
4 Egg Yolk
4.2 oz 120g Butter
1/2 Tsp/8g Salt
Method

Steps:
1-In a saucepan combine sugar, milk, and butter
2-Place it over medium heat and mix
3-Bring it to boil and add lemon juice
4-Once removed from heat add the pistachio and mix well
5-Let it cool to room temperature
Preparation of the dough
1-Cut the dough in half
2-On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle
3-Spread it to about 16 by12 inches /40 by 30 cm
4-Keep the dough even in thickness
5-Evenly spread the pistachio
6-Roll the dough into a cylinder
7-Slice the roll into 3/4 inches / 2 cm pieces
8-Unravel the edge of the piece and place it underneath to press it down
9-Place it aside to proof for one hour
10-Egg wash and bake at 340°F / 170°C for 25 minutes
11-Meanwhile prepare the syrup (120 mL Water- 5.3 oz/150 g Sugar, 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice)
12-Brush with the syrup
