Homemade Gluten-Free Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1.8 oz/50g Potato Starch
15.9 oz/450g All purpose Gluten-Free Flour
0.2 oz/7g Yeast
0.7 oz/20g Honey
250 mL Water
3 Large Eggs
2.1 oz/60g Melted Butter
1 1/2 Teaspoon Xanthan Gum
0.3 oz/8g Salt

Steps;
1-Mix the xanthan gum with the melted butter and set aside
2-Stir together the gluten-free flour, potato starch yeast, and honey.
3-Gradually add the water, then incorporate the eggs and the combined butter and xanthan gum,then add the salt,
4-Gradually increase the speed to medium
5-Mix on medium for 2 minutes
6-Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes
7-Transfer the dough in a greased pan, cover it with plastic wrap and let it proof for 1 hour
8-Bake at 355 F°/180 C°for 45 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
