Gluten-Free Scones with White chocolate & Walnuts Recipe
Ingredients:
5.3 oz/150g Butter Room Temperature
1.8 oz/50g Brown Sugar
4.2 oz/120g Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
3 Egg Whites
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
10.6 oz/300g Gluten-Free Flour
1.8 oz/ 50g Potato Starch
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
3.5 oz/100g Chopped Walnuts
5.3 oz/150g White Chocolate

Notes
Steps:
1-Mix on low butter, brown sugar, sugar, and egg yolks
2-Gradually increase the speed to medium low
3-Add the egg whites in two batches
4-Mix well and increase the speed to medium high
5-Add vanilla extract and keep icing
6-Add the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda walnuts and white chocolate
7-Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated
8-Cover and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes
9-Scoop with a 1.5 Tbsp cookie scoop
7-Bake at 355°F/180 °C for 12 to 14 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
8-Let it cool down
