Homemade Focaccia Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
17.6 oz/500 g Sifted Flour
0.4 oz/10 g Dry Yeast
375 mL Cold Water
0.4 oz/ 10 g Salt
1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Steps:
1-Stir flour, yeast and add water, then increase the speed to low
2-Add the salt and olive oil and increase to medium-low and mix for 3 minutes, the dough should be sticky
3-Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, and brush it with olive oil
4-Cover it and place it in the fridge to rest for two hours
5-Remove from the fridge and work the dough to remove air pockets
6-Transfer the dough to an oiled pan
7-Stretch the dough, cover it, and let it rest for five minutes
8-Repeat this process twice
9-Let it proof for 1 and 1/2 hour
10-Brush the dough with olive oil.
11-Press down the dough with your fingers, and score it into four sections
12-Sprinkle water in the oven
13-Bake at 375° F / 190° C for 30 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
