Chocolate Raspberry Cake Recipe , Moist and Delicious Chocolate Cake!
Ring/Pan 6.5”/ 16.5 cm

Ingredients:
3,9 oz/110g Sugar
4 Large Egg Whites Room Temperature
4 Large Egg Yolks Room Temperature
1/2 Tsp Raspberry Flavor
1.6 oz/45g Sifted Flour
1.1 oz/30g Cacao Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
2.6 oz/75g Melted Butter

Method

Notes

Steps:
1-Whisk the egg whites and gradually add the sugar
2-Whisk until it triples in volume
3-Add egg yolks
4-While whisking add the raspberry flavor
5-Combine flour, cacao powder and baking powder and add it to eggs
6-Gently fold until it’s well incorporated
7-Add the melted butter and gently mix
8-Pour the mixture in the ring/pan
9-Bake at 355 F°/180 C° for 15 minutes
10-Let it cool down
11-Pipe with whip cream and raspberry filling
12-Place it in the fridge while preparing the frosting

Frosting
Ingredients:
300 mL Heavy Cream
1.1 oz/30g Raspberry Filling
