Brioche Burger Buns
Make Your Own Delicious Brioche Burger Buns At Home!
Ingredients:
17.6 oz/500g Sifted Flour
0.3 oz/8g Dry Yeast
0.5oz/15g Sugar
6 Large Eggs
5.3 oz/150g Melted Butter
0.4 oz/10g Salt

Steps:
1-Stir flour, yeast and sugar
3-Add the eggs and salt, gradually increase the speed to medium-low
4-While mixing, gradually add the butter, mix until all ingredients are well combined and the dough is smooth
6-Transfer the dough into an oiled bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 7 hours
7-Weigh the dough and divide it into equal pieces, and shape it into balls
8-Place the balls in a silicone mold and press the dough
9-Allow to proof it in the oven with a bowl of boiled water at 95 F°/35 °C for 30 minutes or proof it in a warm place for 1 hour
10-Egg wash the dough
11-Bake at 375°F/190°C for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 355°F/180°C for another 10 minutes ( Baking temperature may vary depending on oven)
