Feta Cheese Rolls
Feta Cheese Rolls! Easy Delicious Bread
Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Cups/500g Sifted Flour
2 Tbsp Dry Milk
0.3 oz/8g Dry Yeast
0.4 oz/10g Sugar
300 mL Cold Water
1.1 oz/30g Butter Room Temperature
0.4 oz/12g Salt
Method

Steps:
1-Mix flour, dry milk, dry yeast and sugar with 1/2 of the water on low speed
2-Gradually add the remaining of the water and mix until all is well combined
3-Add Butter
4-Adjust the speed to medium low
5-Add salt
6-Knead for 3-4 minutes until the dough is smooth
7-Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes
8-Weigh the dough and divide it into equal pieces
9-Shape it into balls
10-Let it rest for 10 minutes
11-Roll each ball by hand/rolling pin and fill it with the mixture
12-Fold the dough over itself, pinch from the bottom to form a ball
13-Cover the dough and place to proof for 30 minutes
14-Egg wash the dough
15-Bake at 355 F°/180 C° for 25 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
16-Sprinkle with water on the bottom of the oven
17-Let it cool until it reaches room temperature
Filling Ingredients:
5.6 oz/160g Feta Cheese
2.5 oz/70g Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Large Egg Room Temperature
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Sliced Green Olives
1/4 Chopped Fresh Basil
Steps:
1-Combine feta cheese with cheddar cheese and add the egg
2-Add garlic, green olives and fresh basil, mix until all is well combined
