Garlic Bread Recipe
原料:
14.1 盎司/400 克筛过的面粉
0.4 盎司/10 克盐
0.2 oz/5g Yeast
1.4 oz/40g Butter RT
10mL Olive Oil
1 Chopped Garlic Clove
250mL Cold Water
1/2 Cup of Parsley

1-Chop the garlic and parsley, and set aside
2-Heat the olive oil over medium heat, add the garlic and sauté briefly being careful not to let it develop color, and let it cool down
3-Stir together the flour and yeast, gradually add water, then slowly incorporate the butter, salt, increasing the speed to low.
4-Add the garlic and parsley, mixing until well combined
5-Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, brush the dough with oil, and cover it to rest for 30 minutes
6-Remove air pockets
7-Work the dough and shape it as desired
8-Place a hot bowl of water in the button of the oven and allow the dough to proof at 95 F°/35 C° for 30 minutes
9-Remove the dough from proofing, and score it
10-When placing the dough in the oven, sprinkle water around the oven to steam, then bake at 375 F°/C°190 for 35 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
