17.6 oz/500g Sifted Flour
0.2 oz/5g Dry Yeast
0.3 oz/8g Sugar
300 mL Cold Water
1 Large Egg
0.7 oz/20g Melted Butter
0.3 oz/8g Salt

Steps:
1-Stir flour, yeast and sugar
2-Gradually add water
3-while mixing, add the egg and butter
4-Mix until all ingredients are well combined
5-Add salt and gradually increase the speed to medium low for 10-15 seconds
6-Place the dough in an oiled bowl, oil brush and let it rest for 30 minutes
7-Weigh the dough and divide it into equal pieces
8-Shape the dough into balls
9-Place the balls in a silicone mold
10-Press the dough
11-Proof it in the oven with a bowl of boiled water at 95 F°/35 °C for 30 minutes or proof it in a warm place for 1 hour
12-Egg wash the dough
13-Sprinkle with sesame
14-Bake at 355°F/180°C for 40 minutes
