无麸质巧克力大理石芝士蛋糕

Gluten- Free Chocolate Marble Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Large Eggs RT
7.1 oz/200 g Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 LB/900 g Cream Cheese
0.7 oz/20 g Cacao Powder
60 mL Hot Water

Method

Steps:
1-Combine eggs and sugar and mix until the sugar is dissolved
2-Add the vanilla extract
3-Add the cream cheese in 2 batches and mix until it’s well combined
4-combine the cacao powder with hot water and mix well
5-In a separate bowl, add 2 scoops of the cheese mixture, then pour in the cacao
6-Pipe a layer of the cheese in the ramekins, then lightly add a touch of cacao in the middle.
7-Add another layer of cheese to cover, and finish by lightly piping cacao on top, gently mixing just the surface.
8-Transfer the ramekins to a pan and fill it with hot water
9-Bake at 355 ºF/ 180º C for 50 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
10-Let it cool completely, then place it in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours
