Strawberry Tarte
Delicious Strawberry Tarte Recipe
原料:
250g Strawberries
100g Sugar
1-Slice the strawberries, mix with sugar, and set aside for one hour
Dough Ingredients:
3.9 oz/110g Sugar
7.1 oz/200g Butter
1 Large Egg RT
11.3 oz/320g Sifted Flour
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

步骤:
1-Mix butter and sugar on low
2-Add the vanilla and increase the speed to medium low
3-Scrap the sides and the bottom,and add the egg
4-Finally, add the flour and mix until it forms one mixture without overworking the dough
5-Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes
6-Roll the dough to a thickness of 1/8 and larger than the pan
7-Gently transfer it by rolling it around the pin and unrolling it over the pan,pressing it gently into the sides and center
8-Dock the dough with a fork, fill with the strawberry mixture
9-Bake it at 355 °F/180 °C for 35 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
10-After removing from the oven, let it cool down for 20 minutes, then, top the tarte with the second batch of strawberry mixture
11-Place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving
12-Brush wit a mix of honey (2 Tbsp) and water (1 Tbsp)

1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
8.8 oz/250g Strawberry Mixture
250 mL Heavy Cream
1.1 oz/30g Flour
1 Large Egg

2-Blend the strawberry mixture,then pour it into a saucepan and place it over medium heat.
3-Bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally, add the lemon juice, stir,and remove from heat,l and transfer to a bowl
4-In a separate saucepan add the strawberry mixture and heavy cream
5-Place it over medium heat, stirring constantly
6-Once heated, add the flour and continue stirring until well combined
7-While stirring, remove from heat to lower the temperature to warm, then add the egg and mix until well incorporated, and set aside
配料:
1.8 oz/50g Strawberry Mixture
50 mL heavy Cream
步骤:
1-For the topping, combine strawberry mixture and heavy cream over medium heat.
2-Once it’s heated and well combined remove it from the heat and set it aside
