Homemade Baguette Recipe!
Starter Ingredients:
14.1 oz/400g Bread Flour
400 mL Warm Water
Pinch of Dry Yeast

1-In a large bowl mix flour, water and pinch of yeast
2-Let it rest in room temperature for 4 hours
Dough Ingredients:
8.8 oz/250g Bread Flour
0.2 oz/7g Dry Yeast
0.4 oz/12g Salt
步骤:
1-In a stand up mixer, mix the starter, flour and yeast
2-Add salt and stir for 3 minutes
3-Increase the speed to medium low for 3 more minutes until it is smooth
4-Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes
5-Divide it into 4 pieces and shape it into balls
6-Cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes
7-Remove air pockets and roll the dough
8–Reroll it and place it in a baguette pan
9–Proof it in the oven with a bowl of boiled water at 35 °C for 30 minutes or proof it in a warm place for 1 hour
10-Score the dough
11-Sprinkle water on the dough and on the bottom of the oven
12-Bake at 450 F°/230 C° for 10 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
13-Reduce the oven to 410F°/C°210 for 15 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
