Veggie Beets Quiche Recipe, Healthy Golden & Red Beets Quiche, Crustless, Best for Breakfast & Branch

Pan size 4”-10 cm
Ingredients:
3 Small Red Beets (Boiled and Diced)
3 Small Golden Beets (Boiled and Diced)
3 Diced Green Peppers
4 Chopped Green Onions
2 Diced Jalapeños
4 Diced Carrots
5.3 oz/150g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:
1-Cut the red and golden beets into carré and place them in a large bowl
2-Add and mix green peppers, green onions, jalapeños, and carrots with the beets and set aside
3-Fill the pan with 1/2 a cup of the mix
4-Top with mozzarella cheese
5-Pour the sauce into the mix
6-Bake at 355 F°/180 C° for 30 minutes
7-Let it cool down
Sauce ingredients:
1.8 oz/50g Butter
1.4 oz/40g Sifted Flour
350 mL Milk
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp White Pepper
3 Large Eggs Room Temperature
1 Tbsp Salt
Steps:
1-In a saucepan melt the butter over heat
2-Add the flour and mix well
3-Add milk, nutmeg, and white pepper and mix well
4-Remove from heat and stir constantly until it cools down
5-Add the eggs and salt while stirring
