Sticky Buns
Dried Fruit Sticky Buns Recipe
Ingredients:
15.9 oz/450g Sifted Flour
0.2 oz/6g Dry Yeast
1.4 oz/40g Sugar
170 mL Cold Water
1 Large Egg RT
2.1 oz/60g Melted Butter
0.3 oz/8g Salt

Steps:
1-Cut the pecans and the dried fruits into small pieces
2-Mix and set them aside
Syrup
Ingredients:
2.1 oz/60g Butter
2.8 oz/80g Brown Sugar
60 mL Milk
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Steps:
1-In a saucepan combine butter, brown sugar, milk, and honey
2-Place the mixture over medium low and bring to a boil
3-Add lemon juice and stir
4-Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes
5-Pour the syrup onto the buns
6-Bake at 375°F/190 °C for 30 minutes
7-Mix 2 Tbsp Honey with 1 Tsp of water and brush the buns
8-Let it cool
