0.2 oz/5g Dry Yeast
0.3 oz/8g Sugar
150 mL Cold Water
0.4 oz/10g Powder Milk
0.5 oz/15g Butter RT
0.2 oz/5g Salt

3-Add powder milk
4-Add butter and salt
5-Gradually Increase the speed to medium low for 1-2 minutes
6-Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and oil brush the dough
7-Cover and place it to rest for 1 hour
8-Weigh the dough and divide it into 4 equal pieces
9-Shape it into balls
10-Flatten and roll the dough
11-Reroll and place it in a greased baguette pan
12-Cover and let it proof for 30 minutes
