Chocolate Bread Roll Recipe
原料:
0.5 oz/14g Cacao Powder
14.1 盎司/400 克筛过的面粉
40克糖
1.4 oz/40g Melted Butter
1 Tsp Dry Yeast
3.5 oz/100g 60%Dark Chocolate
1/4 Tsp Salt/Himalayan Salt
270 mL Milk

1-Stir cacao powder, flour,dry yeast and sugar
2-Gradually add the milk
3-Add butter, salt and increase the speed to medium low
4-Add the chocolate and mix until all is well combined
5-Place the dough in an oiled bowl(vegetable oil)
6-Brush well the top of the dough, cover it and place it to rest for one hour
7-Knock the dough to remove air pockets
8-Weigh the dough and divide it into equal pieces
9-Shape the dough into balls
10-Place the balls in a silicone mold
11-Proof for 45 minutes
12-Bake at 355°F/180 °C for 25 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
