Ingredients:
7.1 oz/200g Butter
3.5 oz/100 Powdered Sugar
1 Large Egg Room Temperature
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
10.6 oz/300g Flour Sifted
Steps:
1-Mix butter and powdered sugar on low and gradually increase the speed to medium
2-Scrap the sides and the bottom, and add the egg
3-While mixing add the vanilla extract
4-Finally, add the flour and mix until it forms one mixture without overworking the dough
5-Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes
6-Roll the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inches, and cut it in a round shape to fit the bottom of the pan
7-Roll the remaining dough to a rectangular, cut it, and line it to the inside of the pan
8-Dock the dough and refrigerate until the filling is prepared
9-Transfer the cream Cheese mixture into the pan
10-Bake at 320 Fº/160 Cº for 50 minutes
11-Remove from the oven, let it cool and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours
12-cover with cherry topping
Filling Ingredients:
10.6 oz/300g Cream Cheese
3 large Eggs
5.3 oz/150g Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
120 mL Milk
2.1 oz/60g Sifted Flour
17.6 oz/500g Cherry Topping
Steps:
1-Mix on low the cream cheese, the eggs and the sugar
2-Gradually increase the speed to medium
3-While mixing, add the vanilla extract, the milk,and the flour
4-Mix until all the ingredients are well combined
