Sun-Dried Tomato Bread
Homemade Sun-Dried Tomato Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
17.6 oz/500g Sifted Flour
03 oz/8g Dry Yeast
0.3 oz/8g Sugar
350 mL Cold Water
150g Sun-dried Tomato
20 mL Olive Oil
0.4oz/10g Salt

Steps:
1-Mix flour, yeast, and sugar on low speed
2-Gradually add water and add the mixture of olive oil and sun-dried tomato
3-Add salt and increase the speed to medium low
4-Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic
5-Cover and place it to rest for 15 minutes
6-Knock the dough to remove air pockets
7-Roll, and shape the dough
8-Place it to proof in room temperature for 1 hour
9-Score the dough
9-Sprinkle water on the dough and on the bottom of the oven
10-Bake at 355 F°/C°180 for 45 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
11-Let it cool down
