Strawberry Cheese Cake Recipe
Dough Ingredients:
10.6 oz/300 g Sifted Flour
1.4 oz/40 g Sugar
0.3 oz/8 g Dry Yeast
120 mL Water
0.4 oz/10 g Powdered Milk
2 Large Eggs
1.4 oz/40 g Butter RT
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
0.2 oz/7g Salt

Notes
Steps:
1-Combine and mix the flour, sugar and yeast on low
2-Gradually add the water, powdered milk, and eggs.
3-Then add the butter, vanilla extract, and the salt
4-Increase the speed to high and mix for 10-15 seconds; the dough should remain sticky
5-Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 30 minutes
6-Knock back the dough using a spoon
7-Transfer the dough into a greased mold and spread it evenly
8- Pipe the strawberry filling pressing it into the dough, then repeat with the cream cheese mixture
9- Let it proof for 30 minutes
10-Bake at 355 Fº/180 Cº for 35 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on oven)
Filling Ingredients:
7.1 oz/200 g Cream Cheese
1 Large Egg
1.4 oz/40 g Sugar
0.4 oz/10 g sifted Flour
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
5.3 oz/150 g Strawberry Filling
Steps:
1- Combine and mix the cream cheese, one egg, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth
2-Transfer to a pastry bag and set aside until ready to use
