Pumpkin Bread
How To Make Delicious Pumpkin Bread from Scratch! Bread Recipe made with Fresh Pumpkin
Ingredients:
1 Lb/450g Mashed Pumpkin
2.1 oz/60g Honey
3.5 oz/100g Melted Butter
0.4 oz/12g Dry Yeast
1 Tsp Cinnamon
10.6 oz/300g Whole Wheat Flour
24.7/700g Flour
300 mL Cold Water
0.7 oz/7g Salt

Steps:
1-Cut and take out the seeds of the pumpkin (around 2 pounds/900g)
2-Bake it in an oiled pan at 355 °F/180 °C until it softens (about 30 to 40 minutes) (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
3-Let it cool and peel it
4-Add honey and blend it
5-In a stand mixer, mix the pumpkin with all ingredients except salt and water
6-Stir and gradually add water
7-Add the salt and gradually increase the speed to medium
8-Mix until all is well combined without over mixing (the dough should be sticky)
9-Brush the dough with vegetable oil, cover and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes
10-Divide the dough in half
11-Knock the dough to remove air pockets
12-Shape one half into a ball and the other piece into a loaf
13-Cover and place it to proof for an hour
14-Score the dough
15-Bake at 355°F/180°C for 1 hour
16-Let the bread cool down
