Potato Bread
Homemade Potato bread Recipe, Soft and Delicious
Ingredients:
14.1 oz/400g Sifted Flour
3.5 oz/100g Whole wheat flour
0.2 oz/7g Dry Yeast
0.4 oz/10g Brown Sugar
250 ml Cold Water
7.1 oz/200g Smashed Potatoes
0.9 oz/25g Butter Room Temperature
0.5 oz/15g Salt
4.2 oz/120g Mozzarella Cheese(Optional)

Notes
Steps:
1-Mix on low: flour, whole wheat flour, yeast, and brown sugar
2-Gradually add water and mix until ingredients are well combined
3-Add potatoes, butter and Mozzarella cheese(optional)
4-Mix until all is well incorporated
4-Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes
5-Knock the dough to remove air pockets
6-Shape the dough to make it round shape
7-Cover and let it proof for 45 minutes
8-Score the dough
9-Bake at 375 F°/C°190 for 50 minutess(Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
10-Let it cool
