Homemade Whole Wheat Bread, 100 % Whole Wheat Flour

Ingredients Part 1 Mixture
7.1 oz/200g whole Wheat Flour
300 mL Warm Water
1/4 Tsp Dry Yeast

Step:
1-Combine whole wheat flour with yeast and water
2-Mix well, cover it and let it rest for 24 hour in room temperature

Ingredients Part 2:
14.1 oz/400gWhole Wheat Flour
0.2 oz/7g Dry Yeast
100 mL Warm Water
0,3 oz/8g Salt

Steps:
1-In a stand up mixer, combine and stir the part 1 mixture, flour and yeast
2-Add salt and mix until it’s well combined
3-Increase the speed to low and mix for 2 minutes
4-Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl
5-Oil brush the dough with vegetable oil
6-Cover it and let it rest for 3 hours in room temperature
7-Knock the dough to remove air pockets
8-Divide the dough in half and shape them to two loaves
9-Sprinkle flour and score the dough
10-Place it to proof in room temperature for 1 hour
11–Bake at 375 F°/C°190 for 40 minutes(Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
12-Let it cool down
