Homemade Rye Bread

Homemade Rye Bread Recipe, High Fiber & Healthy Dark Rye Bread

Ingredients:
7.1 oz/200g Sifted Flour
10.6 oz/300g Dark Rye Flour
0.3 oz/9gYeast
1/2 Tbsp Molasses
300 mL Cold Water
0.3 oz/9g Salt
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Method

Notes

Steps:
1-Stir flour, dark rye flour, yeast and molasses for 3-4 minutes
2-Gradually add water
3-Add salt
4-Add olive oil
5-Gradually Increase the speed to medium low for 4-5 minutes
6-Shape the dough to make it round
7-Cover and place it to proof in room temperature for 1 hour
8-Score the dough
9-Sprinkle water on the dough and on the bottom of the oven
10-Bake at 375 F°/C°190 for 35 minutes
11-Let it cool down
