Handmade Sweet Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Cups/500g Sifted Flour
0.3 oz/8g Dry Yeast
2.1 oz/60g Sugar
180 mL Water RT
2 Large Eggs RT
1.8 oz/50g Melted Butter
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
0.4 oz/10g Salt

Notes
Steps:
1-In a large bowl combine flour, yeast  and sugar
2-Add the eggs and butter and mix well
3-Add the Vanilla and the salt
4-Mix well until all ingredients are well combined
5-Work the dough until it becomes smooth
6-Place the dough in lightly oiled bowl, oil brush the dough and cover it
7-Let it rest for 30 minutes
8-Weigh the dough and divide it into 10 equal pieces
9-Shape it into balls
10-Flatten and roll the dough
11-Reroll each piece into a rope shape
12-Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes
13-Shape the dough and place it in a pan/ring
14-Cover and let it proof for 1 hour
15-Egg wash
16-Bake at 355°F/180 °C for 40 minutes
17-Let it cool down
