Handmade Herb Bread Recipe, Healthy & Delicious Bread!

Filling Ingredients:
5 Green Onions
0.4 oz/ 12g Dill
0.4 0z/12g Chives
1 Cup Parsley
4 Garlic Cloves
0.2 oz/5g Salt
12 mL Olive Oil

steps:
1-Chop all the herbs and place them in a bowl
2-Add salt and olive oil
3-Mix all until all is combined and set aside

Dough Ingredients:
14.1 0z/400g Sifted Flour
3.3 oz/100g Wheat Flour
0.3 oz/8g Dry Yeast
0.7 oz/20g Sugar
300 mL Water RT
0.5 oz/15g Salt
30 mL Olive Oil

Method

Notes

Steps:
1-In a large bowl combine flour, wheat flour, yeast and sugar
2-Gradually add water
3-Add salt and mix well
4-Knead and add olive oil
5-Work the dough,it should be rough and little shaggy
6-Place the dough in a floured bowl
7-Cover and place it to rest for 30 minutes
8-Knock the dough to remove pockets of air
9-Spread the dough and shape it into a rectangular
10-Evenly spread the herbs filling
11-Roll the dough into a cylinder
12-Gently stretch the dough to make it longer
13-Shape it into a spiral
14-Cover and place it to proof for an hour
15-Score the dough
16-Bake at 375 F°/C°190 for 45 minutes(Baking temperature may vary depending on oven)
17-After 30 minutes rotate the tray
18-Let it cool
