Gluten-Free Pomegranate Refreshment Dessert Recipe, Smooth and Delight Dessert
Ingredients:
2.1 oz/60g Sugar
600 mL Pomegranate Juice
1.3 oz/36g Corn Flour
3 Large Egg Yolks
300 mL Heavy Cream
2.1 oz/60g Sugar

Steps:
1-In a saucepan pan combine sugar with 2/3 of pomegranate juice
2-Add the cornstarch and the egg yolk to the remaining of the juice
3-Place the saucepan on medium heat and bring it to boil
4-Add some of the boiling juice into the egg and juice mixture to temper
5-Pour the egg and juice mixture into the hot juice
6-Bring it to a boil while constantly stirring
7-Remove from heat while stirring and let it cool
8-Meanwhile whip heavy cream with the sugar
9-Whip until the cream thickens and reaches soft peak
10-Add the mixture in two batches and mix well
11-Pour into cups and place it in the fridge for 1 hour
12-Remove from fridge and fill with whip cream and top with pomegranate
13-Place it in the fridge for 1 hour
