Delight Walnut Dessert
Ingredients:
17.6 oz/500g Sifted Flour
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Steps:
1-Mix on low the flour, sugar and salt, and gradually add the water
2-Add the white vinegar, the vegetable oil, then gradually increase the speed to mix until the dough becomes tacky
3-shape the dough into a single unified piece
4-Weigh the dough, then shape it into an oval
5-Cut down the center and divide into equal pieces, and shape them into ball
6-Let it rest for 2 hours
7-Stretch each ballon a ghee-greased surface until it forms a thin rectangular shape
8-Spread the walnut mixture in the center and fold both sides
9-Roll it into a tight spiral
10-Bake at 375°F /190°C for 35 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
11-Meanwhile prepare the syrup (100 mL Water- 5.3 oz/100 g Sugar, 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice)Bring to a boil water and sugar, add the lemon juice, reduce the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes
12-Scoop the syrup on top and let it absorb
