Handmade Date Bread Recipe, No sugar added, Delicious and Easy to make

14.1 oz/400g Sifted Flour
3.5 oz/100g Whole Wheat Flour
0.2 oz/7g Dry Yeast
350mL Warm Water
1.4 oz/40g Melted Butter
0.4 oz/8g Salt
5.3/150g Dates

Method

Notes

Steps:
1-Chop the dates and set aside
2-In a large bowl combine flour, wheat flour, and yeast
3-Add water and mix well
4-Add the melted butter
5-Add salt and mix until all ingredients are well combined
6-Add the chopped dates
7-Work the dough,it should be rough and shaggy
8-Cover and place it to rest for 30 minutes
9-Knock the dough to remove air pockets
10-Fold the top and the bottom into the center
11-Shape the dough into a round shape
12-Place it to proof in room temperature for 1 hour
13-Score the dough
14-Bake at 390 F°/C°200 for 40 minutes(Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
15-Let it cool until it reaches room temperature
