Dark Chocolate Brownies

Brownies Recipe, Easy to make, Delicious 60% Dark Chocolate Brownies

Recipe
Ingredients:
10 oz/285g 60% Dark Chocolate
8.5 oz/240g Butter Room Temperature
6 Large Eggs Room Temperature
9 oz/255g Sugar
5 oz/145g Sifted Flour
1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Walnuts(Optional)

Method

Notes

Steps:
1-Combine Chocolate and Butter and melt them in the microwave
2-Stir to reduce the temperature to 80-88 F ( 27-31 C)
3-Combine sugar, eggs and salt
4-Whisk until the sugar is dissolved
5-Add half of the chocolate ( It’s important that the eggs are Room temperature)
6-Add the vanilla extract and the remaining of the chocolate
7-Whisk until it’s well combined
8-Add the Baking powder and flour
9-Gently mix and fold until it is well incorporated
10-Pour in a greased pan
11-Bake at 320°F/160 °C for 30 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
12-Let it cool down
