Chocolate Meringue Cake ,Delicious Chocolate Cake
Recipe
Cake Base Ingredients:
3 Large Egg Whites Room Temperature
3.2 oz/90g Sugar
3 Large Egg Yolks Room Temperature
1 Tsp Coffee
1.6 oz/45g Sifted Flour
0.6 oz/17g Cacao Powder
2.1 oz/60g Melted Butter

Steps:
1-Combine cacao powder and flour and put aside
2- Whisk the egg whites
3-Gradually add sugar and whisk until it triples in volume
4-Add egg yolks and the coffee
5-Once it’s well combined add the dry ingredients
6-Gently fold until it’s well incorporated
7-Add the melted butter and gently fold
8-Pour the mixture in a pan
9-Bake at 355 F°/180 C° for 20 minutes
10-Let it cool down
Meringue ingredients:
4 Large Egg Whites Room Temperature
Pinch of Tartar
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
2 Tsp Nescafe
8.8 oz/250g Sugar
Steps:
1-Whisk the egg whites on low speed, and gradually increase the speed to high
2-Add sugar and Keep whisking until it thickens and becomes glossy
3-Add cacao powder and Nescafe and mix until it’s well combined
4-Place the meringue into a pastry bag and pipe
5-Bake at 200 F°/90 C° for 3 hours
Whipped Cream Ingredients:
200 mL Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Cacao Powder
1/2 Tsp Nescafe
Steps:
1-Combine heavy cream with cacao powder and Nescafe
2-Whisk on high speed
3-Whip until the cream thickens and reaches soft peak
