Beef Pot Pie Recipe, Delicious Savory Dish, How to make Beef Pot Pie
Pan size 4”-10 cm
Big Cutter 8”
Small Cutter 4.5”
Dough Ingredients:
17.6 oz/500g Sifted Flour
8.8 oz/250g Yellow Corn Masa Flour
1.1 oz/30g Salt
15.9 oz/450g Melted Butter
1 Large Egg
1 Large Egg Yolk
150 mL Cold Water
25 mL White Vinegar
Filling Ingredients:
3 Tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Ghee
1 Cup of Chopped Onions
1 Tsp Salt
17.6 oz/500g Beef Top SIrloin
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Ginger root
1 cup of Diced Carrots
1 Cup of Diced Celery

Notes
Dough Steps;
1-Stir flour, yellow corn masa flour, salt, and butter
2-Add the egg and the egg yolk
3-Gradually add water and add the vinegar
4-Mix until all ingredients are well combined
5-Wrap it with plastic and place it in the fridge for 6 to 12 hours
6-Roll the dough and cut with a round cutter(8”)
7-Place the dough in the pan and dock it
8-Roll and cut the excess dough with a small cutter (4.5”) and place it on top of the filling
9-Scoop the filling
10-Cover with the small cut piece and fold the edges
11-Gently dock the dough and egg wash it
12-Bake at 390°F/200°C for 20 minutes and reduce the heat to 350°F/175°C for 20 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
Filling Steps:
1-Place a non stick frying pan over high heat
2-Add olive oil and ghee
3-Add chopped onions and salt
4-Add the beef
5-Frequently mix and add the spices
6-Add the diced carrots and diced celery
7-Remove from heat and set aside
