Klassiek recept voor Zwarte Woudtaart 1
Ingrediënten:
160 g boter
150 g suiker
120 ml melk
50 g cacaopoeder
1,8/50 g pure chocolade
5 grote eidooiers op kamertemperatuur
5 grote eiwitten op kamertemperatuur
120 g suiker
175 g gezeefde bloem
0,2 oz/5 g bakpoeder
250 ml slagroom
Hele kersenvulling
Siroop:
250 ml water
80 g suiker
1/2 theelepel citroensap
1 tl kersensmaak
Stappen:
Bring water and sugar to a boil
2-once boiling, add the lemon juice.
3-Allow it to cool down to room temperature before adding the cherry flavor.
Stappen:
1-Place over medium heat and melt together butter,sugar, milk and cacao powder until all ingredients are well combined.
3-Remove from heat and mix for a few seconds, then add the chocolate, stirring until melted and cooled.Then add the egg yolks
4-Whisk the egg whites and add the sugar while whisking.
5-Whisk until soft peaks form
6-Add the chocolate in batches,mix,then add the flour and baking powder, gently folding them in .
7-Add the flour and the baking powder and gently fold
8-Divide the chocolate mixture between two rings/pans, filling one with 1/3 and the second ring/pan with 2/3 of the mixture 6.3”/16cm Diameter
9-Bake both mixture at 355°F/180°C; the 1/3 mixture for 20 minutes and the 2/3 mixture for an additional 15 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
10-Slice the 2/3 cake into two pieces and place the 1/3 cake at the bottom of the ring/pan.
11-Whip Heavy Cream
12-Pour syrup to soak the cake, pipe two circles of whipped cream,and fill the space in between with cherry filling
13-Add the second layer , repeat the previous steps, and then add the third layer.
14-Cover it with whipped cream
15-Decorate with shaved dark chocolate
