Recept voor chocolade-pompoendessert

Ingrediënten voor chocolademengsel:
50 g boter
400 g melkchocolade
90 g gecondenseerde melk
280 g pompoenpasta

Instructies

Stappen:
1- Melt the chocolate with the butter, then let it cool
2-Blend the chocolate butter mixture, condensed milk, and the pumpkin paste until smooth
3-Pour the mixture into the ramekins, filling them halfway, and refrigerate for 30 minutes

White Chocolate Mixture Ingredients:
1.4 oz/40 g Butter
11.6 oz/ 330 g White Chocolate
2.5 oz/ 70g Condensed Milk
8.1 oz/230 g Pumpkin Paste
Stappen:
Repeat the steps as done with the previous mixture, but this time, pour it over the mixture and refrigerate again for 30 minutes

Ingrediënten voor glazuur:
0.1 oz/4g Gelatin
15 ml Water
4.4 oz/125 g Sugar
75 mL Water
2.6 oz/75 g Pumpkin Paste

Stappen:
1-Add water to the gelatin, mix and set aside
2-Combine the sugar, water, and pumpkin paste, and bring it to boil
3-Remove from heat, add the gelatin, and mix well.
4-Then, strain the glaze and let it cool
5-Top with the pumpkin glaze and refrigerate for 1 hour
