10.6 oz/300 g Butter RT
14.1 oz/400 g Sugar
5 صفار بيض كبير
5 large Egg Whites

15.9 oz/450 g Sifted Flour
0.3 oz/8 g Baking Powder
11.3 oz/320 g Fruitcake Mix

خطوات:
1-In a mixing bowl, beat the butter, sugar and egg yolks.
2-Gradually increase the speed to medium, scraping down the side occasionally
3-أضيفي بياض البيض على دفعتين
4-Add the vegetable oil and continue mixing
5-Add the flour, and baking powder.
6-While mixing, add the fruitcake mix and milk
7-mix until all ingredients are well combined
8-Transfer the batter to a prepared pan lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly
9-Bake at 355 Fº/180 Cº for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
