1-Mix on low butter and powdered sugar until dissolved, then add one egg at a time,add the vanilla extract and increase the speed to medium gradually increasing the speed to medium
2-Finally add the flour, matcha, and the baking powder, mixing on low until all is well combined
3-Transfer the dough to a pastry bag, and pipe onto a pan lined with silicone
4-Wet your fingertip with water and lightly press the dough
5-Bake at 375 °F/190 °C for 10 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
6-Allow it to cool, and pipe chocolate ganache onto each cookie and sandwich with another cookies on top

Chocolate /matcha Ganache

5.3 oz/150 g Melted White Chocolate
60 mL Heavy Cream
0.4 oz/12g Melted Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Matcha

2-In a separate bowl melt the white chocolate and add the heavy cream
3-Then, add the butter/matcha mixture and mix until everything is well combined, and set aside
