Rustic Broccoli Bread Recipe
yngrediïnten:
3.5 oz/100g Chopped Broccoli
17.1 oz/500g Sifted Flour
1 Tablespoon Yeast
300 mL Water
1 Teaspoon Sâlt
20 ml Olive Oalje

1-Stir the flour and the yeast
3-Mix on low and gradually add the water
4-Add the chopped broccoli,then the salt and the olive oil
5 - Mix oant alle yngrediïnten binne goed kombinearre
6 - Cover en lit it rêste foar 15 minuten
7-Klop it daai te ferwiderjen lucht pockets
8-Shape it as you wish and let it proof for 1 hour
9-Score the dough and bake it at 375 Fº/ 190 Cº for 1 hour,
10-Sprinkle water on the bottom of the oven and on the dough (Baking temperature may vary depending on oven)
