Resept foar oranje kofjetaart
yngrediïnten:
400 g bûter
13.1 oz/370g sûker
5 Grutte aaien
5 Grutte aaiwiten
1/2 Oranjegeur
150 ml farske sinaasappelsap
550 g siedde moal
0.5 oz/15g bakpoeier

Orange Caramel Ingredients:
7.1/200g Sugar
1/2 tablespoon wetter
1 Tablespoon Fresh Orange Juice
1 Eetlepel Lemon Juice

Stappen:
1-Mix on low the butter, sugar and egg yolks, and gradually increase the speed to medium
2-While mixing, add the egg whites in batches
3-Then add the orange zest and gradually add the orange juice
4-Add the flour and the baking powder, and mix until all is well combined
5-Transfer the batter to a bundt pa, and bake at 355 Fº/180 Cº for 50 minutes
6-In a saucepan, combine the sugar, water, the orange juice, and the lemon juice and bring it to a boil
7-Brush with orange caramel
