5.6 oz/ 160 g Sugar

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
8.8oz/ 250 g Gluten – Free all purpose Flour
1Teaspoon Baking Powder
1Teaspoon Cinnamon
1.8 oz/ 50 g Chopped Pecans

Stappen:
1- Mix the lemon juice with the bananas and set aside until ready to use
2- Mix the butter, sugar, and egg yolks on low speed, then gradually increase the speed
to medium.
3-Add the egg whites in batches
4-Add the bananas and mix, occasionally scraping the bottom and sides of the bowl.
5-Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, and mix.
6-While mixing, add the pecans and continue until everything is well combined.
7-Transfer the batter into a bread pan and bake at 355 F°/ 180 C° for 45 minute (Baking temperature may vary depending on oven)
