Marble Brownies Recipe
Ingrédients :
5.1 oz/145g Chocolate
4.2 oz/120g Butter Room Temperature
3 gros œufs à température ambiante
4.2 oz/120g Sucre
5.1 oz/145g Sifted Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Les étapes :
1-Combine Chocolate and Butter and melt them
2-Stir until the temperature drops to 80-88 F ( 27-31 C)
3-Whisk the eggs with sugar, adding it gradually until the sugar is dissolved
4-Add the vanilla extract, then add the chocolate mixture in two batches
5-Whisk until it’s well combined
6-Gradually add the flour,then the baking powder and gently mix until it is well incorporated
7-Pour 2/3 of the chocolate in a greased pan and set aside until use

4.2 oz/120g Butter Room Temperature

5.1 oz/145g Sifted Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1-Combine white Chocolate and Butter and melt them
2-Stir until the temperature drops to 80-88 F ( 27-31 C)
3-Whisk the eggs with sugar, adding it gradually until the sugar is dissolved
4-Add the vanilla extract, then add the chocolate mixture in two batches
5-Whisk until it’s well combined
6-Gradually add the flour,then the baking powder and gently mix until it is well incorporated
7-Pour the white chocolate mixture over the chocolate layer
8-Top partially with the remaining chocolate mixture
9-Bake at 320°F/160 °C for 30 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
