2 gros blancs d'œufs
2.8 oz/80 g Sugar
1Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
A touch of lemon Zest
3.5 oz/100 g Chopped Pecans
1.4 oz/40 gPotato Starch
1.8 oz/50 g Almond Flour

Les étapes :
1-Whisk the egg whites and the sugar over a double- boiler(Bain-marie)until the sugar dissolves
2-Remove from heat, and while mixing add the vanilla extract
3-Add the chopped pecans, potato starch, and the almond flour, and mix until well combines
4-Pipe the mixture onto a silicone baking mat using a pastry bag
5-Bake at 320 Fº /160 Cº for 20 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on oven)
