17.1 oz/500g Sifted Flour
1 Tablespoon Yeast
300 mL Water
1 tsk salt
20 ml olivenolie

1-Stir the flour and the yeast
3-Mix on low and gradually add the water
4-Add the chopped broccoli,then the salt and the olive oil
5-Bland indtil alle ingredienser er godt blandet
6-Dæk og lad det hvile i 15 minutter
7-Bank dejen for at fjerne luftlommer
8-Shape it as you wish and let it proof for 1 hour
9-Score the dough and bake it at 375 Fº/ 190 Cº for 1 hour,
10-Sprinkle water on the bottom of the oven and on the dough (Baking temperature may vary depending on oven)
