Chocolate Almond Cookies Gluten-Free Recipe

Ingredienser:
2 store æggehvider
Pinch of cream Tartar
3,9 oz/110 g sukker
4.2 oz/120g Almond Flour
0.4 oz/10g Cacao Powder
2 spsk pulveriseret sukker
1 Tsp Almond Extract

Trin:
1-Combine the cacao powder and powdered sugar and set aside
2-Mix on high speed the egg whites with the pinch of cream tartar
3-While mixing add the sugar in batches until medium peak
4-Add the almond flour, followed by the cacao powder mixture and the almond extract
5-Bland, indtil det hele er blandet godt sammen
6-Transfer the dough to a pastry bag and pipe it into a silicone pan
7-Top with sliced almonds and bake at 320° F/ 160° C for 14 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
