Mushroom Delight Recipe
Serves 40 pieces
Ingredients:
17.6 oz/500g Sifted Flour
0.4 oz/10g Salt
200mL cold Water
10mL Vinegar
7.1 oz/200g Butter RT

Steps:
1-Stir the flour and salt together, gradually adding water, then add the vinaigre
2-Incorporate the butter while mixing on low speed scraping the sides occasionally
3-Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined
4- Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes
5-Cut the dough into 3 pieces
6-Roll each piece thinly using a rolling pin into a rectangular shape
7-Brush with butter and then roll into cylinders
8-Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
9-Cut the cylinders into pieces 2 centimeters/ 3/4 inch, then press down the center of each piece with your finger to shape it into dome
10-Fill the dough with the mushrooms,then press the edges to seal and form the dough, using a fork to press the edges firmly
11-Brush with egg yolk
12-Bake at 390°F/200 °C for 15 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
Ingredients:
10.6 oz/300g Chopped Mushrooms
3.5 oz/100g Chopped Shallots
2 Tbsp Butter RT
20mL Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp white Pepper
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Chili Pepper
1 Cup of Chopped Parsley
Steps:
1-Place a pan on medium heat, sauté the onions with the salt, then add the mushrooms and stir
2-Incorporate turmeric, white pepper, and chili pepper, mixing well
3-Finally, add the butter and thoroughly combine all ingredients
4-Remove from heat and let it cool
