Gluten-Free Pineapple Cake
Gluten-Free Pineapple cake Recipe, light and Delicious Pineapple Cake
Ingredients:
7.1 oz/200g Butter
7.1 oz/200g Sugar
4 Large Egg Yolks
4 Large Egg Whites
2.6 oz/75 Sliced Pineapple
3.5 oz//100g Almond Flour
1.8 oz/50g Potato Starch
3.5 oz/100g Gluten- Free Flour

Steps:
1-Mix on low Butter, sugar and egg yolks
2-Gradually add the speed to medium
3-Add the egg whites in two batches and mix well
4-Add the pineapples, almond flour, potato starch and the gluten- free flour
5-Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated
6-Fill the pan with the batter
7-Top it with a slice of pineapple(canned sliced pineapple)
8-Bake at 355 °F/180 °C for 35 minutes(Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
9-Brush it with pineapple juice
10-Let it cool down
