Vegan Chocolate Cookies, A Crisp Bite that melts in your mouth

7.1 oz/200g Vegan Plant Butter

4.2 oz/120g Dark Vegan Chocolate
1.1 oz/30g Potato Starch
7.8 oz/200g Sifted Flour
1 Teaspoon Rum

3-Add the melted chocolate and mix until it’s well combined
4-Finally add the potato starch, the flour and the rum
5-Mix until well combined
6-Fill a pastry bag with the batter and pipe it onto a prepared silicone pan
7-Bake at 375 Fº/190Cº for 15 minutes (Baking temperature may differ depending on the oven)
