Trin:
1-Mix the flour, the wheat flour and yeast on low, gradually adding water
2-While mixing, add the basil pesto and gradually increase the speed to medium-low
3-Add the salt, then the pine nuts and mix until well combined
4-Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature
5-Work the dough to remove air pockets, then shape it into a ball
6-Flip the dough into a pan with pine nuts(this step is optional)
7-Proof at 95 Fº/35 Cº for 30 minutes, with a bowl of boiling water at the bottom of the oven
8-After proofing, score the dough and bake at 355 Fº/ 180 Cº for 45 minutes (Baking temperature may differ depending on the oven)
